History can be understood as the solution resulting
from chaos, an infinitesimal one before what we call
present and turbulence, an infinitesimal later (Thom,
1975, Spencer, 2008). These, chaos and turbulence,
are results and involve many presents, one for each
resident of the planet, connected and standardized
by the social glue that we conceptually place as
cultures. In a kind of intentional choice, chaos and
turbulence can be restricted to the boundaries of
decision-makers' sets, to understand the problems of
development and peace.
However, you cannot go, in any case, beyond
placing bets on the construction of presents in the
middle of the described tensors. The reason is the
impossibility of seeing with certainty the answers of
adversaries and competitors, as well as not having
the information of all those present, in the sense of
the previous paragraph. Also, even with modern
techniques such as think data, it is almost impossible
to have minimum certainty that the information that
underlies the decisions is necessary and sufficient
and that this has become knowledge in the decision
making and they are able to manage it from a
beyond the intuitive that, in any case, necessarily
implies information from the past. All this to affirm
that, in terms of the societies, the only thing that has
been able to be constructed is a diffused north
where the arrow of time points (Prigogine, 1996, 81
and ss), provided that the present keeps some of its
parameters stable; which, with the advances of
science, is also controversial. With it, the destinies
and historical laws or any type of contraption to
predict the future have little of science to it and were
buried in the Second World War and the fall of the
Berlin Wall.
La historia puede entenderse como la solución
resultante del caos, un infinitésimo antes de lo que
llamamos presente y la turbulencia, un infinitésimo
después (Thom, 1975, Spencer, 2008). Estos, caos y
turbulencias, son resultado e implican muchos
presentes, uno por cada residente del planeta,
conectados y estandarizados por el pegamento social
que conceptualmente ubicamos como culturas. En
una suerte de escogencia intencional, se puede
restringir el caos y la turbulencia a los límites de los
conjuntos de los tomadores de decisiones, con el fin
de entender los problemas del desarrollov y la paz.
Sin embargo, no se puede ir, de todas maneras, más
allá de hacer apuestas en eso de construir presentes
en medio de los tensores descritos. La razón es la
imposibilidad de ver con certeza las respuestas de
adversarios y de competidores, así como tampoco,
tener la información de todos los presentes, en el
sentido del párrafo anterior. Igualmente, aún con
modernas técnicas como el think data, es casi
imposible tener certezas mínimas de que la
información que subyace en las decisiones es la
necesaria y suficiente y que, esta, se haya
transformado en conocimiento en los decisores y
estos sean capaces de gestionarlo desde un más allá
de lo intuitivo que, de todas formas, implica
necesariamente información a pasado. Todo esto
para afirmar que, en términos de las sociedades, lo
único que se ha podido construir es un norte difuso
hacia donde apunta la flecha del tiempo (Prigogine,
1996, 81 y ss), siempre que el presente conserve
estables algunos de sus parámetros; lo cual, con los
avances de la ciencia, también es controvertible.
Con ello, los destinos y leyes históricas o cualquier
tipo de artilugio para predecir el futuro tienen poco
