Testimonio, Justicia y Memoria.
Reexiones preliminares sobre una trilogía actual*

Resumen
El testimonio en la Memoria ocurre en una relación tensa que solo es posible
cuando el acontecimiento, el narrador y el escucha están afinados, es decir, se
mantienen en un cierto equilibrio. Solo ese equilibrio puede producir su propósito:
manifestar y darle a conocer a alguien el modo en que ocurrió el acontecimiento
y a aquellos a quienes afectó. Cada vez que se rompe esa relación triádica que
mantiene al testimonio en movimiento el testimonio se convierte en un indecible, la
experiencia se asume como imposible, el sujeto se torna problemático y el auditorio
sordo, vale decir, desconfiado. No obstante, en los diversos escenarios en los que se
manifiesta el testimonio —en la Historia, la Justicia o la Literatura—, ese equilibrio
siempre está roto, es más, esa falta de equilibrio lo constituye como tal para cumplir
el propósito para el cual ha sido citado por cada una de estas disciplinas.

Preliminary Reflections on a Current Trilogy
Abstract
The testimony in the memory occurs in a tense relationship that is only
possible when the event, the narrator and the listener are in tune, that is, they
remain in a certain balance. Only that balance can produce its purpose: to manifest
and make known to someone the way in which the event occurred and those it
affected. Each time that this triadic relationship, which keeps the testimony in
motion, is broken, the testimony becomes unspeakable, the experience is assumed
to be impossible, the subject becomes problematic and the audience deaf, that is,
distrustful. However, in the different scenarios in which the testimony is expressed
—history, justice or literature—, that balance is always broken. Moreover, that lack
of balance constitutes it as such in order to fulfill the purpose for which has been
summoned by each of these disciplines.
